Fall and Crash

on

I keep on waiting,

hurting,

and yet, you never come.

You’ve pushed me

so far to the edge,

that I’m about to fall

and crash…

And there’s nothing

that you or I ,

can do about it.

P.S.-

I loved the beauty with which you gloriously balanced the emotions through your words. Based on my personal experience, it made me realise that one should “be in love” but never “fall in love” because the sometimes things tend to ultimately break when they fall. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful poem. According to your convenience please do read some of my writings would love to know what you think about them.

The combi picture/poem is what I like. Viewing a picture and feeling what it does to me. Your poem fits the picture.

Balancing on that preverbal cliff with the outstretched hand waiting for one to grab and pull you up. You feel as if you’re waiting for something that’ll never come, but in my opinion that rope already came lovely. “Balance”. The balance you are showing is strength that you are moving on and it’s a sign that someone is already there whether you know it or not. The fall is the journey, the crash is the new beginning of a trip.
The way you wrote this signifying that there’s nothing neither party could do was the peaceful walk away letting the reader know the book will go on because the writer is strong enough to keep going. She was pushed, but she never really fell off the cliff.❤️
