Is it really Self Harm?

 

“There’s no such thing called self harm. There’s no way that you can harm yourself without harming others.”

 

There are times when self harm seems so tempting that it’s ALMOST impossible to resist. It starts making you feel more relieved but it’s only temporary. Because you can’t keep harming yourself forever. You’ll have to stop sometime or die…

 

When you feel like you’re not good enough or that everyone is suffering because of you, just keep this in mind-

 

There are people who love you more than anything. Your family. Your friends. Just think about them and what it will do to them when they get to know that you’re harming yourself. Or, think of a loved one. Just imagine how you would feel to see them lying across the floor with a bleeding wrist…

 

I know you won’t like to imagine that. So just think of the pain your loved ones will go through if you do something to yourself.

 

Don’t ever hurt yourself, not for people who never deserved you in the first place. You’re worth more than you can you can ever imagine.
